TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please find below the Terms and Conditions which apply to all orders from our online Rainbow Boutique and also our showroom in Maulden Bedfordshire.

Prices

All prices include VAT at the current rate, our VAT Reg Number is 856 9142 91

Every effort is made to ensure our pricing and information on each item is correct. We reserve the right to change pricing and information on our product range without giving notice.

In the unlikely event of a price change after your order has been placed, you will be informed and given the opportunity to change your order, if required.

Payment Method

Personal cheques and bank transfer payments are accepted.

Payment via PayPal is accepted.

Payment via cash or personal cheque, with a valid cheque guarantee card is accepted through the Showroom.

Cash is not accepted via the post!

Delivery

Standard delivery on orders over £10.00 Stirling is free to mainland England and Wales.

Delivery is usually made within twelve working days for standard delivery of stock items. Most items are held in stock, however we occasionally experience delivery delay from our suppliers. Should this be the case we will let you know and keep you Informed on expected delivery dates and any possible alternatives. Delivery for Special orders and personalised items is 28 days.

You need to supply a delivery address, complete with valid Postcode where someone over 18 years is able to sign for your goods. Our parcels require a signature receipt.

Guarantee and Returns Policy

Goods are covered by a 7 day Guarantee.

Should you wish to return an item please return it within 7 working days of receipt of the order. ALL goods must be returned in an unused state in their unopened packaging and original postal box.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Rainbow. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to parcels being returned to us!

Postal charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty, otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of postage.

Refunds will be offered in the same form as original payment only.

We do not accept returns of personalised or confectionary items unless they are faulty.

Goods that are no longer required can be returned for a refund within twelve working days. However you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Claims for loss or Damage

If you wish to claim for loss or damaged goods: You must notify Customer Services immediately on 01525 402538 by telephone AND follow up with your claim in writing complete with your order number, either by post or email within THREE working days.

Conditions of Sale

The Terms and conditions apply to both the online wedding shop, Rainbow Boutique and any sales from our Showroom Rainbow Weddings. All orders and sales from both the Rainbow Boutique and Rainbow Weddings Showroom will be governed according to English law. All orders and sales are accepted on the basis that these Terms and Conditions have been accepted by You the client.

Privacy Policy

All personal information is treated in strictest confidence, with all personal data being stored on secure servers. We comply with all current data and consumer legislation, including the Data Protection Act. Personal information you provide will only be used to process your order and will not be used for any other purpose. Information and personal details are not shared with third parties.

Your Rights by Law

These Terms and conditions do not affect your Statutory rights.
