- We are happy to offer free postage on all orders over £10.00 to mainland England and Wales. This is our standard service and delivery is made within 12 working days for stock items. Personalisation and Special orders may take up to 28 days. Scotland, Ireland, Mainland Europe, USA and Canada will be posted at the current rate.

Dispatch information.
You will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order is in stock and an estimated delivery date.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event your chosen items are out of stock we will contact you as soon as we can - keeping you informed all the way. Should you wish not to wait for your order we will offer you a full refund.
You need to supply a delivery address and valid postcode. We always ask for a signature upon delivery, please ensure that someone over 18 years is able to sign for your parcel.
Should you miss your delivery, you may be left a card giving you details of re - delivery or collection. If the parcel is not collected and returned to us you will be charged for delivery.
- Privacy & Security
- In order to purchase from us we are required to take some personal details such as your name, address and contact details. These details are kept securely and will not be shared with ANY third parties. We may also send you information about offers and new products which we feel you may be interested. Should you wish to unsubscribe at any time, please send an email to unsubscribe@rainbow-boutique.com.
- Returns & Replacements
- All goods are covered by our 7 day Guarantee. If you would like to return an item please return it in the condition you would like to have received it! Unused, in unopened packaging and within its original postal box.
We recommend that you send it via recorded delivery, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Rainbow. Remember to keep your receipt safe!
You will be refunded by the original method of payment. We do not accept returns for personalised items or confectionary unless they are faulty.
Should you decide to cancel your order, please telephone our customer helpline on 01525 402538 as soon as possible and always follow up via email or in writing via post.
- Payment
- Currently we only accept payment via Paypal or by Cheque/postal order. We also have a show room in Maulden, Bedfordshire where items can be purchased for cash.
